looking4nanny / Swiss Private Staff Ltd.



Scope of application

The platform looking4nanny.ch and looking4nanny.com is operated by the company Swiss Private Staff Ltd., Dufourstrasse 30, 8008 Zurich (hereinafter referred to as "looking4nanny/Swiss Private Staff").

For reasons of better readability, the simultaneous use of male and female language forms is avoided. All personal designations apply equally to all genders (male/female/diverse).

Platform

looking4nanny merely offers a platform for the publication of nanny job offers from families. The information in the adverts is subject to change and non-binding. They are based on information provided by the families and must be verified. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for the accuracy and completeness of the information.

Fees

The fees depend on the duration of the advert. After 1 month, 3 months or 5 months the advert expires and is no longer visible. No cancellation is necessary.
looking4nanny / Swiss Private Staff cannot guarantee a certain number of applicants..

Refunds of advertising costs cannot be granted.


Employment contracts / social insurance

looking4nanny is purely a platform for nanny job offers. Employment contracts are concluded exclusively and directly between the families and the candidates. The families are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary work permit and the correct registration with the insurance companies for the candidate to be hired and for complying with the Swiss Labour Act (ArG).

Protection of personal data
All information received from the families will be treated as strictly confidential by looking4nanny / Swiss Private Staff and will not be passed on. Looking4nanny / Swiss Private Staff has no access to the applicant dossier or the personal data of the candidates. These are sent directly to the email address of the advertising families.

Looking4nanny / Swiss Private Staff accepts no liability for the exchange of data between families and applicants.

Liability
Advertisers assume full responsibility and liability for the content and accuracy of their adverts.

Place of jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contractual relationship is the registered office of Swiss Private Staff Ltd. in Zurich.
